Pattaya Bay Resort for example offers 14K monthly rate (20k high season) and that is one of the nicer hotels.

This place does look nice until you read the fine print. You have to fork over 10,000 baht as a security deposit...which is ok....but the place I found is a teansy bit more and no security...you pay at the start...then in 30 days drop off your key.....I found it by the way its view talay 3 & view talay 5...my friend says 5 is where to be at......However Mrdk If you have anymore info please pass it along as I am sure you have been to pattaya a few times and would love to hear some info from a veteran...
