I have checked a few of the airlines and seen a decent price with Air Asia to get me out at 8pm or so. I wanted to make sure that I would be leaving enough time to do a full turn around in Suvarnabhumi.
Or should I just pitch up and try and get the next available flight out to Phuket and book and pay at the airport. I am concerned as there doesn't appear to be too many flights later than 6pm. What about prices at the desks? Are they less than the online sites?

Hope someone can help!
Thx

Hi barnyman

Welcome to the forum

If you are arriving at BKK at 15 30, then a flight out with Air Asia at 8pm is plenty of time.

I honestly don't know if any "offers" that appear on their website are given at the booking booth at the airport. Be aware that Air Asia has a 15kg limit, although if you are overweight its only 80baht a kg extra.

If you are arriving around Songkran (13th - 15th Apr), the flights tend to be fully booked.
