Check these out
I'm coming to Thailand in April as well. I checked out the Le Fenix and the hotel itself looks alright, but the room look small and thrown together fast. Some other hotels I seen that looked nice were: The Key; CK Thai Bali Suite; Woraburi Sukhumvit Hotel & Resort; an Grand Inn Hotel. All of these look real nice for the price.
