How much time do you have? For each of the 3 bigger locations (Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket) I would not spend less than 5 days (perhaps 3 or 4 on Bangkok could suffice).
As said Krabi (I haven't been there) and Phi Phi would not be the best destinations traveling solo. Phi Phi is about 2 hours by ferry from Phuket and a fun (and beautiful) destination to go with company, perhaps with a girl from Phuket. Krabi is another 2 hour ferry from Phi Phi.
