I don't think the girls care that much about what room or hotel you stay in. I've been in nice hotels to ordinary guest rooms. Everytime the "loom look nice" for them.

Maybe you should try "Le Vele" in soi la diva (opposite jungceylon 200m in the direction of Christin massage). Stayed there in november and paid 800 bhat per night. Clean and decent, air conditioned and of course no joiner fees asked.It's an italian restaurant with a few rooms for rent and about 2-3 minutes walk from bangla.
