Whatever you do or choose to believe, .... remember there is no free lunches.
Ultimately these guys make money (in some cases lots of them). They collect money in a few ways. The hotel sign up for program and pay a fee, hoping for bookings in low season. The "Winner" pay a fee to even attempt a booking. Finally, but not necessarily most important, a commission from Time-Shares sold.

.......below terms and conditions.

Please ensure that the booking form is fully completed to enable us to
process your reservation request.
Looks like they are differentiating between booking or reservation, in which case I would intrepid that as a booking being a paid event and reservation is confirmation/hold of available accommodation. This would mean that you would have to pay before you get confirmation that the stay is covered by the promotion.

Upon booking your accommodation you will be sent a provisional confirmation that will need to be completed and returned to in order to finalize your accommodation booking.
See above, maybe your stay will be covered, maybe not.

Offer is open to persons who are 30 years of age of older, employed full time or retired with a minimum household income of 30,000 Euros or above.
Fair enough

The maximum entitlement is for 2 adults + 2 children (under the age of 12). Minimum length of stay would be 4 nights and maximum length of stay would be 7 nights.
Fair enough

Should you wish to purchase extra nights or to upgrade your accommodation, please ask and full options will be given to you.
Looks like you may get (if you get any) the cheapest accommodation they have. I am sure an upgrade costs dearly.

If married or similar both adults should participate in this offer. Single person applications are welcome provided that you are single rather than travelling without your partner.
Fair enough

Accommodation will be provided in one of the participating resorts and are subject to availability and in accordance to the qualification condition agreed with your issuing sponsor.
But you have to book first and at a minimum pay 69 €.

Any accommodation booked can not be transfer to another party. JustGo reserves the right to decline the application of accommodation it is see fit to do so without explanation and further indemnifies the issuing sponsor from any claim that may arise from this.
A catch all ..... and what if already paid for the accommodations.

This offer only covers the accommodation. Food, beverages and transportation are the sole responsibility of persons redeeming this offer. (Excluding an airport pick up from Phuket/Koh Samui).
Fair enough

This offer can not be redeemed for cash and furthermore has no cash value.
Fair enough

Offer is subject to availability and possible restrictions relating to the nationality of the guests redeeming this offer may apply.
Hmmmm....

During your stay you will be expected to attend a holiday presentation, although you are under no obligation to make any purchases, failure to attend this presentation will null & void this offer, resulting in you being charge the full advertised rack rate.
This is the key even (as they see it). If you get this far it is a matter of you prioritizing you time and being able to turn down a sales pitch as attractive as it may sound (remember these guys are pros and in the end they do make money ..... this is not a charity.
Rack rate is the most expensive advertised rate.

Processing fee of 69 Euros would apply, this will only be taken once your accommodation has been provisionally booked and is non-refundable.
One of the ways they make money. You pay 69 € and may not receive any services or refund. I wonder how many pay 69 € and get nothing, the give up.

Only one reservation is permitted per household and offer is a once only promotion in that repeat bookings can not be made. If travelling with other parties please be aware that restrictions apply on group bookings.
Fair enough

JustGo accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage caused in accepting this offer and we recommend that adequate travel insurance is purchased.
If you book and have to cancel your trip you will be liable to full payment of the rack rate (the most expensive rate).

Voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
Fair enough

No reliance should be placed on representation other than in these terms and conditions.
Typical legal stuff

If you should have any queries after reading the below terms and conditions please feel free to contact book@justgo.to
If you choose to take them up on this offer, test this email a few time. It may give you some indication of their responsiveness and commitment.

I have once attended such seminar for a Time Share with a hotel stay as a reward. It was, however, in my home town and no risk other than loss of time (... well possibly caving in to the pitch).
The pitch was hard, but I stood my ground and got my voucher and later my hotel stay in Hawaii. This was 15 years ago and I am sure the whole process has been refined by now to partly discount people like me.
Again if you choose to go allocating time and especially an ability to say no (make that NO!) is crucial.
