I would NOT take Zithromax for travelers diarrhea!
You need water, sugar and salt. (Coke and chips)
It's not recommended to give anitbiotics for diarrhea. (Basicly you kill the normal bactira in your colon as well as the harmfull. It might prolong your recovery and give you cronicol problems.
Let your body fluss it out. (With bloody diarrhea you should see a doctor.)
Zithromax is standard treatment for Chlamydia (STD) in Norway. (But can be used for tonsillites and more)
If you have no fever and its gone a couple of days, you can try Imodium, but remember, it only slows your colon down, it does not treat the infeksjon.
Amoxycillin should take care of anyting with your airways.
For vacsine I have taken Hepatitt A wich can ruin your hollyday (fecal - oral cotamination.
(I have vacsine for B, and it isn't so nessesary anyway (you get it mainly from blood))
Then I would refresh (every 10 year) trippelshot of tetanus, difteri and one more (I dont remember)
