anyone know if I can get some ones mobile number in phuket from a licence number on a Tuk tuk?

I know everything about this person, where they hangout, places they go, just lost the mobile number from my last visit...

If I could just get a number or if someone can contact them..

One of his friends who would alos be able to help lives only a few houses down from the Thai Boxing stadium, his wife has a beauty salon on the lower level of the house. does anyone have a contact a the Thai Stadium?
