I guess the BG I mentioned uses the money on what she deems as 'essential' and gets by on what's she's got.

Saw one of the BG's from Beergarden at the ATM and she showed me, quite happily and proudly, her ATM slip with 13K and she told me she was saving for a down-payment on a motorbike and had been for a year. Yep, a quick 7K to top her up to 20K would have been easy.

We have a saying in the UK that someone soon finds out "Which side thier bread is Buttered" - There are 'flash' spenders amongst the BG fraternity.............If they've got it to spend.

So, IMHO, yes, 15-20K less education and medical cover payments is a healthy chunk of wonga!
