Although Phuket is just 1 day of water festivities you can guarantee there will be some knob head lager louts in Bangla that buy water cannons and piss everyone off 2 or 3 days before...
Just a word of advice....dont spray a LB with a water gun as you'll likely get a right hook !! Saw an Aussie guy last year 2 days before Songkran who sprayed whitney the monster with a water gun she proceeded to beat the cr@p out of him.... made for great entertainment but was a scary sight
