my situation is a little hard
being an American on a work permit in Canada
my 1st 15 months was just a temporary job
i decided to keep the job Jan/2007 and applied for tourist visa dec 2007, which got denied
i am in LOS in May, and hopefully all will be settled
i have started my diviosn at work from scratch, so the last 2 years has been tons of travel so wasnt really conduscive to having her here in those 2 years
