Well Westeast travel would not honour their Price match offer with Southall Travels price.
I quote from their website "WestEast Travel have been dealing directly with some of the world's leading airlines for over fifteen years and throughout this time, we have developed close relationships that enable us to offer the lowest possible fares - directly to you.
To prove our commitment towards our low prices, we constantly check our prices against our competitors and with our price-beat promise, should you find the exact same flight anywhere else at a lower price, we will not match the price, we’ll simply beat it."
When I emailed the guy I dealt with for my last trip and sent him a screen shot of the website and the price. They replied saying they would be unable to match this. Ummmm so why offer a Price match if you cannot honour it.... Bad Business practice in my eyes.
