I have read many great thing about Patts and i don't want to dis a place i ain't been too - but i know that deep down i am quite a shy person and probably not the biggest party animal.....so Patong it is!! I gotta be honest tho.....i do want to witness the place (Patts) first hand, so saving some extra cash and will probably travel to Patts for a few days (sorry, nights).......see what i'm missing / what the fuss is about.

Patts and Patong are not black and white.
Sound like you made the right choice ... it is your opinion that counts.
As you continue to visit LOS you are likely to visit other areas and then form an even more educated opinion as you go.
