Hi!

I already have businesses in Thailand and am contemplating buying a building in Phuket: 3 or 4 floors not necessarily on the beach but not too far from it. But i'm open to all oppertunities.

I know the prices and am not interested in renting anything....got nailed once and heard worst stories about the rental business here. No thanks.

Anywyas, anyone here know of anything, i'd greately appreciate it.
