Went to the songkran event yesterday in Antwerp (Belgium). They had a little market set up with plenty of food stalls (aroy mak!), handycraft stalls,..., thai massage (not soapy of course 5555),a podium/temple and a podium for thai dances.
1) Had a nice thai vibe going on : smell of thai food, plenty of tg's(sure have a lot of them in Belgium), thai music, eating on the street from a plastic plate, people talking thai everywhere including the ladies uttering loud "ooooi's" when it started to rain a bit
2) ...with a Belgian touch cause it was only about 12° and pretty windy
3) quite a few of my countrymen landed themselves some real stunners
4) thank god no water splashing (see 2)
