Like most of us you fell at the first hurdle ... a few bruises but (trust us on this) no permanent damage. Welcome back.
IMHO the "rush" is never quite the same as when that first time TG makes you realise that as a man - who is well past his use-by-date in the west - you ain't dead yet.
