The farang breakfasts at Kiss are totally mediocre; I definitely would not recommend Kiss. The only redeeming value it has is its view of 2nd Road for people watching. Otherwise, there's tons of other better Thai restaurants. There's this little Thai restaurant on Soi Budhaow. Walk down Soi 10, and it's nearly right there. It's next to a newly-opened gold jewelry shop. Its small, but the food is perfect Thai, and it's inexpensive. Try breakfast for 40B. Course the way the price of rice has gone since I left Thailand, they probably raised the prices 5B. Now, for haircuts, there is Penn's Salon on Soi Bukhaow just a few doors down from this little restaurant.
