I have seen all the Air Crash Investigation shows.

The one where a 5 cent bit of tape was left on the planes height and speed sensors by a cleaner before a night flight was particulaly scary.
The pilot thought he was flying at 10,000 ft,but actually crashed into the ocean.
Another in UK where a plane had engine trouble and the crew shut down the good engine by mistake,causing it to crash when the other engine finally expired.

Those 2 demonstrated how a simple error can bring a plane down.

The Silk Air pilot who suicided by crashing into the ground killing all onboard was disturbing too.

But i would much rather fly than than travel long distances by car or motorbike
