The only way i would get into the bars is if i could buy out a parter in a sucsessfull bar. i know there is a group of brits that own a few bars in pattaya. I think they own the Hot Tuna franchise.
I basically want to make money doing nothing or as little as possible. Maybe renting out a condo or some shite.
I was more thinking along the line of some bank investment idea
