You can do this all by yourself and likely much cheaper than the package.

Why spend 50% of your trip in Bangkok? It is a big and dirty city with a few good attractions but one week is, to me at least, more than enough.

After Bangkok, take Air Asia or any other budget airline to Chiang Mai for a week, take some tours with one of them to the golden triangle then visit Phuket with optionally Krabi and Phi Phi island for two weeks and then go straight home through Bangkok airport.

Anyways, it's up to you, just my 2cents.
