Yes, I think it does. How much charm, money or looks you bring to the table does mean a lot.
The formula is hard to describe.
But, the target market IMHO in the Thai girl P4P scene is a divorced, white fellow, hard on his luck (in his own mind), or with something going wrong back in their world at home. Just a simple generalization really here, but also what I have observed many times...
