Why did you not put your money in the Hotel's Safe Deposit Desk, located in reception? you seem to not have overlooked answering this question!!
Was your suitcase that you had the money in, locked? how did the thief gain access to your suitcase??
As you didn't put your money in the Hotel's safe deposit box, do you accept that you hold responsibility for the safety of your money and not the Hotel?? it is afterall, clearly printed on their notice in Reception, so by not safely putting your money in the sdb you accepted it was your responsibility and now complain about what??
