Found the Cabana suited my needs perfectly at RM158 a night for a Deluxe room. They also do shorttime rates...RM58 for 3 hours.
Location is excellent. Above the Thai Club and so just 30 yards across the road from the Beach Club. No problem bringing a lady over. I did sample a Vietnamese :-) They were just about all starting at RM300 ST but would then come down to 200 or 250. Beware the "Jack Sparrow" lookalike barman in there though. Give him RM30 for a RM26 beer and he takes a VERY long time to come back with your change...like he's hoping you'll get fed up waiting and just go off.
I did try the spa in the Cabana. RM10 for unlimited use of Sauna/Steamroom and Jacuzzi but didn't try the massage.
