It's a water dispersant spray.
Be careful spaying that stuff with the engine running.
WD-40 is flammable and the flash point is 44ºC (engine temperature is much greater).
Any static to bad electrical connection (including water) could be the source or ignition.
The fire tetrahedron comes to mind.
