Thanks Azzzey, but for me a UK wedding is not relevant. I know that a Buddha wedding has no legal importance. The Ampur procedure is know to me.
As a Dutch citizen, you need all those papers and on top of that the Dutch embassy in Bangkok has to issue a "competance of marriage certificate". This serves to goals in random order: generating money and a possibillity to avoid fake-weddings in order to obtain residence permits more easy.

My questions relating to a Buddha wedding is if you, as farang, need some special document allowing you to be one of the main rol characters.
