Here's what I'd do: register with the Priceline Hong Kong site. Bid on a 5 star hotel in the lower Sukhumvit region. Keep the bidding at what you're willing to pay. Chances are you'll score the JW Marriott or the Westin Grande Sukumvit or some other good hotel in the area. The cost shoud be around $65 US, per night.
