Don't panic, even if she had AIDS, and even if you didn't bother with a condom, the chance of you catching it is miniscule. Others have pointed out she is 18 and is unlikely to have had hundreds of partners.
You might want to try to find a larger brand of condom. They also make ones that are advertised as 'thick', dunno if that really means anything.
