I myself find it very insulting, insensitive and not a bit funny at all.
Please don't make this an American thing as it could have come from another idiot in the world. It just happened that he was a stupid American.
This same type of humour would have been out of place after 9/11 as well.
There are too many idiots with acess to media now.
