If you want to marry a prostitute and support her and live with her then go see her parents with her.
If you are not sure if you want to marry her or you live outside of Thailand and she still works at a bar then don't go.
Meeting the parents is not to be taken lightly as this usually means she is very serious about you and you will provide for her and her family. if she is from Isaan be prepared on early to bed early to rise schedule. be prepared for lack of aircon as the house might have a very open air feel to it.
Don't look at this as "wow it's cool I get to hang out with a Thai family and see how they live" see it as the next step to marriage and the next step to separation of you and your money.
If you do go don't hand over cash, you should buy the clothes, phone, etc. instead.
