Cash for cash, yes, but if you withdraw from you account you might actually get better rates in your home-country int.terminal.
In Gardemoen (Oslo) they have been kind enough to stuff some atm's with THB at very good rates, and to this day I haven't been able to find a place with better rates in Thailand. Anyway, it's worth checking.
