I have never had problems with the ice cubes. Normally they are bought in bags made from 'good' water (supposedly!)
Anyway, a dose of the shits wouldnt do you any harm at all. Help clean you out.
And if you are gonna be sticking your tongue in a bar girls honey pot, then ice cubes is really last on the list of health worries
