Checking out of Patong Villa last year, I had just paid a bill of around 34000baht for 2 rooms for 10days when reception sent someone to check the minibar in each room. I was charged another 70baht for a small bottle of water my daughter had drunk.
I know we had to pay for drinks used but it seemed so petty and Patong Villa went down a little in my eyes.I'm not staying there this trip and I will put all the minibar stuff in a cupboard and buy my own from 7-eleven.
