stayed in soi 13 on my last trip,had a view of sandy spring from my hotel(looked sweet),cant remember the name of my hotel i stayed in,to be honest its not really worth knowing
....(as u enter soi 13 from the beach road its the first on the right)i suppose it was passable.
soi 13 is a nice little walk to walking street(or take a songtaew,lazy bastards).
good couple of bars (possibly called irish bar???????)just as u leave soi 13(walking street direction,stones throw)and a few very nice ladys also, which is always a bonus
