The Thai Archer on soi DK Metro provides you with a wireless card for your laptop. I am told it will work across the street in Lolitas bj bar.
I read somewhere the other day of a small place off of 3rd road that has a computer in every room with high speed.
I can't remember the name of the place and frankly am to lazy to do the research for you.
