Hi Dano,
As LivinLos says, it is a colonic bowel irrigation, and it is done by having a bucket of water being placed at a height of about eye level, then a tube comes from the water and gets pushed up your shitey pipe. Gravity then takes over, and your bum cavity fills up with water until you feel a gentle 'fullness' in your stomach. Relax your hoop and 'voila !' out comes the water, along with chunks of sludge from your inner hoop. Repeat the process many times, until you have swallowed the whole bucket, wipe your bum, and leave feeling totally refreshed
If any of you are going to experiment with this (and i guess some of you will
) then DO NOT stick that hose pipe up your bum and turn it on. The water pressure is too much. Find a proper place that does it.
