Been a long time I went to one in Brussels!
In that neighberhood there was "Elephant bleu". Very fancy and expensive, but not always the best. depends on the cook they employ!
Did go to one of their other ventures in Paris. Very, bad, no authenticity-taste.
But as in belgium Thai foods popularity has increased and that neighberhood is rather fancy, you are proberly talking about other ones...
