Of course not.. However if you claim that 0.01% of the people that are downloading from you already have a purchased license / copy of the media they are downloading then I will laugh my ass off..

The rest is justification for theft, pure and simple, hear it all the time.. Big corporations rip the artists off, why shouldnt we.. etc..

As long as your comfortable with the fact its theft then fine, I steal IP too, I just dont pretend its "100% legal" when it is 99.99% illegal..

Copyright and IP law have been an interest of mine (I am heavily involved with media / media encoding / compression cedecs / do beta work for MS with WMVHD / DRM etc).. I know a couple of small developers that had to close thier business because thier nieche product was pirated to excess and reports from thier SW showed that >80 - 90% of the used copies were illegal ones..

There is a very interesting debate that can be had that concerns the readjustment of the media distribution channels allowing for some % of piracy to benefit the exposure.. Theres a lot of evidence to suggest that this could benefit the artists and even the industry more than thier current models but this is not what we are discussing.. Your promoting a filesharing torrent site containing copyrighted material.. To claim its legitimicy is a joke..
