My friends are in complete agreement with your assesment. it seems they have to go through some Thai manager that will in turn direct the Thai staff as the staff will not follow directions from anyone else.

It must be a difficult situation.

They have tried to persuade the Thai Management to run the School on the same basis as every other International School, but do not seem to be getting anywhere.

I feel extremely worried for all Students, parents and Staff from Dulwich Phuket, but there maybe some alternative options around the corner to offer some glimmers of hope.
