To answer your question .... hmmm ..... not bad ..... not bad at all.
Ha ha ha ha .... I think the coin fell. I was curious as well, that's why I asked you the same question a couple of days ago about the cigars.
Well since that night I haven't smoked another sigarette. The cravings are still sometimes there, but are becoming less. I do know if I smoke one now, I will be smoking a pack within a few days again.
Thanks for the little push in the right direction back then. You didn't do much, but it did help me.
P.S. The biggest test is still to come. A holiday to LOS.
