Unfortunitly i know of a couple who live near me! From all outward apperences they seem the perfect couple, but when i talk to friends who drink in different places than me and the husband, they tell a different story.
It seems that the women involved, is going out on the nights he is at work and 'trying her luck' with men (and women) from the bars he dosent go to.
But saying that, i know at least two other couples with the wife from Asia, that are perfectly happy! So i guess it all depends on the women (or man) as with Farangs!
