sounds great max cherry!dont forget though,you wont own anything at all --your other half will!
if it goes pearshaped as a farang you cant own land( although you can lease it ( 30 years at a time)
if it was me, i would rent somewhere first for a couple of years to see how it goes
if a farang builds a house on land he payed for, he owns the house but not the land, his wife does,-- as it has to be purchased in her name, or a thai nationals name ,so the house is worthless to him
he could form a company and do it that way, but i cant see that working in the end
