Actually I find this quite funny because when spending time with a girl who is 5 years older than myself she gets a lot of comments regarding the young farang with her. The people there seem to find it shocking that I would be interested in a woman older than myself.
So while you have this one stereotype in mind, it appears that other people also have their own.
