No it wasn't meant to sound as an achievement, it was totally accidental on my part that I walked in the out and I didn't even see the guy, however had I not had friends I would've been in jail. The same as if you get to aggressive with the Taxi Mafia as some of the other posts have recommended you will either wind up there or with them threatening you.
