I even downloaded some really high res stuff to see how it worked and it took a 5mb jpeg down to 96kb but there was some definate quality loss in the compression still not bad for free.

Actually, the the compression mode seemed to work real well, it was the cropping and especially the rotating that I had problems with. Whenver I rotated a pic in the wrong direction, then it wa difficult to get it to rotate back. Some times i would ahve to exit or cancel and start all over and then finally it just glitched. Also I have to admit that with no directions or help section, it took me a while to figure out what was what. I'll try it again. I know I have at least 256 K Ram, and I think more than that, and a 1.8 GB Pentium chip.
