Fire Rose bar in soi seapearl is still open, but its very quiet there now as most of the bars have closed or moved allready. The rest of the bars in Soi Seapearl probably have to close at least before November, mybe allready in June.
The new Fire Rose Bar is located in Soi Modie, oposite Bangkok Bank in Rat-u-Thit Road. There is a new soi with several bars and plans for a new disco inside. The soi is still under construction, so its a little bit noisy in the daytime.
