I know the GM from this hotel and I think it's a very nice hotel especially for the price range it's in and where it's located in Patong. They have very good deals on buffets and F&B promotions so you should be happy there.
At least once during your stay you should visit the most beautiful and newest restaurant on the island, it's called Silk and you would be quite impressed with it. It's about 20 minutes outside of Patong and away from all the hustle and bustle. Also not as expensive as Baan Rim Pa and has better food.
I know the GM of Silk and he's a little bit of a ladies man
so he only has good looking girls working there.
