BRITISH pubs are to ban happy hour drinking promotions where drinkers consume large amounts of alcohol cheaply and quickly.

The British Beer and Pub Association said its 32,000 members would ban happy hours and drink-all-you-can schemes immediately.
Binge drinking has become a major problem in Britain and has turned many town centres into virtual no-go areas on Friday and Saturday nights.

I like the pattaya "happy hours", they start at 2pm and stop at 2am, now thats a happy hour.
