This topic comes up from time to time, and I dont believe that, as has been proved by LIL's post above, that Patong is any worse than alot of the other P4P scenes around the world, in fact it is probably safer.
Having said that, doesnt matter where you are, you should always practise safe sex, but that is easier said then done with a gut full of piss.
