I saw something of Phuket being one of 10 provinces with high rates.
The truth is, many of them are males catering to the gay scene. Some of them are also like to fcuk around with the girls as they are popular to the girls too. (Young handsome boys)
Another tip, if you plan to stay with a girl for a while, bring her to a clinic and both of you do a test and thus minimize the risk even more.
