Had forced stops there a few times from the Surat Thani buss...
Even when everybody in the bus strongly told them we had no interest in tours etc.. I kicked a stink up and we all refused to get out the minibus, driver didnt know how to handle it but manager / owner / ?? of the tour came out, got huffy and insisted on 100 baht each to take us to patong or would drop us there..
Driver was going to get a tip.. so much for that..
